CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Phinias completed B-Tech in Agricultural Extension in 2018. He hold with him a national diploma which he completed in 2005  He has 10 years of experience in crop production, animal production, mentorship and coaching. Phinias is Chief Operations Officer on the Agricultural side of the operations and joined Agriesy in January 2014. He is a member of the Department of Rural Development and Land Reforms.

Khomotso Mola (BA)SA

Chief Financial Officer
With B-Com in Accounting Sciences Khomotso Mola has 19 years of experience as a senior accountant, payroll administrator and bookkeeper. He joined Agriesy in January 2018. He holds an honors degree in B-Com Accounting which he completed at the University of Limpopo in 1999. He is a full member of the South African Institute for Business Accountants as a Practising Business Accountant.

Simon Mawila

Chief Executive Officer

Mawila is the founding member of Agriesy.  He founded the company in 2008, bringing over 10 years of operations, and more than 10 years in farming expertise. Mawila received his National Diploma and B-Tech in Agriculture, Filed of Specialisation: Rural Development in 2003 from The University of  Tshwane.

He worked for Sebenzana Business Development Services as a Agricultural Intern and Firm Manager. He won a Grains SA award for a production of 1000 tons in 2012. He also won a Barloworld Toyota competition for being the youngest grain producer. He currently does mixed farming in Goedehoop, leasing for the government. The team Mawila leads is as diverse as the needs of Agriesy’s clients and he thrives on ensuring our clients are consistently delighted by the work the company produces.
